WhatsApp business account XXX is restricted due to activity that violates WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service: sending spam.
 
Restrictions for 30 days starting Nov 15, 2024 at 3:03 PM PST, on this account:
  • Can't have phone numbers added to it
  • Can't initiate conversations with customers
  • Can't respond to messages from customers
