Symptoms

Check your connection

Ensure you are online and refresh the page.

Verify file type

Only PDF, DOCX, PNG and JPG files are supported. Rename or convert if needed.

Try smaller file size

Files must be under 20MB for upload.

If issue continues, contact support.
