Configure automated replies and turn audio files into text in Bual Pro.

Before you start
The speech-to-text guide uses an OpenAI connection, a flow and separate custom fields for the audio input and transcript.
For keyword and FAQ replies, start in Automated Responses. To configure OpenAI's business information or AI-triggered flows, use the Setup AI guides.
Screenshots show an earlier Bual Pro interface. If a setting or action is missing in your account, contact Bual Pro support to confirm availability.
Check before using with customers
Use non-sensitive sample messages and audio to check the result and failure path. If several automations can reply to the same message, check which one handles it. Also check how the conversation moves to a human agent.
