Settings
Find account settings and update the Bual Pro account name or profile image.
Open Settings in the intended Bual Pro account. To change its name or image, use Rename your account and change its profile image.
Translate built-in bot messages
See Translate built-in flows for the earlier Settings > Customizations > Translations workflow. Confirm the affected flows and replacement behavior before uploading a CSV.

Check the selected account and the setting's scope before saving a change. If a control is missing, confirm your account access and contact support.
