Archive a conversation

You can archive a conversation from the Inbox or Flow Builder. If the contact sends another message to your bot, the conversation is automatically unarchived.

From the Inbox

1. Select the conversation you want to archive.
2. Open the conversation menu.
3. Select Archive.

From Flow Builder

Select Actions, then Inbox, then Archive.
