Start by connecting OpenAI and checking how automatic replies are configured. Then choose the task you want to build.

Before you start
You need an OpenAI API key and access to the relevant integration and flow actions in your Bual Pro account. OpenAI API billing is separate from a ChatGPT subscription.
For the flow guides, it helps to know how to create a flow and save information in custom fields.

Check replies and handover
Review the business information used by your AI replies and test with non-sensitive sample messages before using them with customers. Check the automatic-reply setting and how a conversation moves to a human agent.
